First, decide if you would like the monthly or one-time delivery option.

Second, add the item to your cart.

Third, click the button "Proceed to Checkout."

After you take step #1, you will need to either:

Create an Account:
If this is your first Viva La Bee order, create an account by selecting the hyperlinked text reading Create an Account and follow the prompts.

OR

Already have an account? If you already have an account but do not remember your credentials, no worries! Simply click here to utilize the forgot password option.

Helpful Hint: Verify that all the information under the billing area of your account is an exact match for the card you are using. Common hiccups include:

Is the name on your card an identical match to the name in your account, including middle initials, etc.?

Is the address the same as the one connected to the card you are using to make the payment?

If the credit card entry form is failing to load, follow these steps to successfully enter a payment method that you can keep on file for future easy checkouts:

-Click here (while logged into your account) to update your account details.

-Select Payment Methods from the menu bar and select Add New Payment Method.

-From here, you can complete your checkout by clicking on the shopping bag (located at the top right corner of your screen) and follow the prompts to complete the payment of your current order.

Note that in the payment step, the payment method you entered should appear and can easily be used for faster checkout in the future!
